Managing Tantrums & Difficult Behavior in Children

 This experiential workshop will help you reflect on your own experiences with tantrums, how you discipline and how this influences your way of managing tantrums with your own children or in the classroom.  You will learn tools to ground yourself, command through behavior not words, tune-up with your child/student & how to implement yoga tools to manage tantrums.
