Two Part Breath/Benefits – For the Whole Family

This is a great breath for the whole family to do first thing in the morning to clear and balance the mind.  You can sit in the garden in easy pose and feel the breath of the earth too or when you are walking to school.  Inhale in two equal parts and exhale in two equal parts.  It is like you are sniffing – two in and two out.

It is good to do for 3 minutes.
