Simple Meditation for Stress

This simple yet powerful meditation aids your mind to be clear in front of work/family stress, life changes and insecurities. It only takes 3 minutes to do and I guarantee you will feel the good results in a short time.

Sit comfortably with your spine straight. Relax your face and have a gentle smile. Place your hands facing up over your lap. Breath naturally through your nose, exhale through your mouth with a heavy breath. Inhale through your mouth as if you are inhaling honey through a straw, exhale through your nose in a short and heavy breath.  Continue this rhythm.

 Do it every day for 3-7 minutes for 40 days. It will help stabilize your moods, emotions and thoughts.
