If yes, this 7-hour course will give you the tools to become fresh, whole and happy. You will experience a sense of regeneration and peace and ready to tackle any challenge in your life from a very centered place within yourself.
This course allows one to go deeper into meditation and yoga practice and/or to manage family life. It gives the tools to stay balanced during stressful times, with life transitions and with the normal challenges of daily living.
It will give you a good foundation to meet any challenge in your life and will teach you:
- your whole structure
- how to manage/express your emotions
- holistic healing practice – how to balance your constitution with Ayurvedic nutrition & lifestyle
- learn a daily meditation practice and do for 40 days and can be applied for your whole life which includes breathing techniques to cleanse your whole body – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual
